Our goal is for you to feel satisfied and excited when you purchase any SWORD product(s). If you are not, we will be more than happy to
process an exchange, pending you meet all of the guidelines below.
You may exchange any SWORD product(s) if:
1. It is returned within 30 days of the purchase date (date is based off of the returned mail date).
2. The product(s) is free from any damage/tear/stain/odor etc.
3. The product(s) is returned in the same condition that you received it.
You may NOT exchange any SWORD product(s) if:
1. The return date exceeds 30 days from the purchase date.
2. Product(s) show any signs of being worn/tampered with.
3. Product(s) not returned in the same conditions in which they were received.
Return and Exchange Policy and Instructions:
All products must be returned to the given address below. Your shipment MUST be shipped using a tracking service provider (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.). Packing material must provide complete protection of the product in order to prevent any additional damages caused by the carrier. We will not be liable for any damages caused by the carrier. We are also not responsible for any lost shipment.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected for any damages. We will also verify the purchase date to ensure you have met the guidelines. Upon completion, if all guidelines have been met, the refund/exchange process will take place. All refunds will be credited back to the same card used for the original purchase (minus the shipping fees). If a product(s) needs to be exchanged, then a shipping fee will be charged to the card on file. If, for any reason, a payment method is declined, we will gladly contact you for another form of payment.
